Stepping into the spring season brings an abundance of changes to our inner world and outer world. This workshop invites you to slow down, connect with your body, bring awareness to breath and awaken the archetypal energies of the feminine within.
Together, let’s cultivate inner clarity, emotional balance and a deeper sense of presence.

Who Are the Hosts
Samantha is a Reiki practitioner, teacher, and facilitator of the ImPowered Method as a Behavioral Therapist working with neurodivergent children and their families. She guides women and families through intentional, intuitive and energy-based practices, helping them reconnect with their natural rhythms and inner wisdom. Samantha blends breathwork, meditation and archetypal teachings to create safe, transformative spaces for her clients. Bridging the language of science/psychology and spirituality is a calling of hers, embodied through writing and speaking.
Marissa is a RYT-200, certified Sacred Breathwork facilitator, and licensed speech-language pathologist. She aims to help others integrate yogic practices—such as pranayama, asana, meditation, and conscious breathwork—into everyday life in ways that feel accessible, practical, and embodied. Her work is rooted in creating supportive spaces for reflection, connection, and renewal. With 20 years of formal dance training, she brings a strong somatic awareness to her offerings, blending structured practice with intuitive movement. Marissa values the wisdom that arises through shared experience and is passionate about fostering community grounded in curiosity, presence, and compassion.
