About this Event
Do you want to understand deeper why your hormonal system disbalanced? Do you want to dig deeper into the roots?
This in-person somatic art therapy session offers practical, body-based tools to work with pain, emotional tension, and chronic symptoms through art, movement, and sensation.
This work is good for your if you live with chronic stress and tension in pelvic area, period pain, and hormonal imbalance.
This is not talk therapy.
This is direct work with the nervous system and the womb.

No artistic skills required.
Workshop Structure
- Somatic meditation with focus on ovaries.
- Art Therapy process to transform the emotional information which arise. We touch emotions, events and release them.

- Experience chronic womb-related symptoms
- Feel disconnected or tense in the pelvic area
- Want practical tools beyond medical treatment
- Are open to embodied, somatic work
Not suitable if you’re looking for a purely medical or theoretical approach. Our focus is practice. This is not a lecture or a sharing circle.
About the Facilitator
Marka is an art therapist , Family Constellations Facilitator, Reiki Master working with pain, psychosomatic symptoms, ancestoral wounds.
Her work integrates somatic art therapy, bilateral drawing, intuitive clay, and body-based approaches to support emotional regulation and embodied healing.
