Gentle Yoga & Sound Healing at BB Studios

A 75-minute session designed to slow down, release tension, and support the nervous system in a natural and grounded way.

We begin with a gentle yoga practice guided by Suzy Ferreira, allowing the body to gradually soften, open, and prepare for rest. The practice is simple and accessible, creating space for the body to unwind without effort.

From there, you are guided into a body scan, bringing awareness inward and supporting a transition into a more regulated and receptive state.

The session closes with a sound healing journey guided by Ciza Sátia, using Tibetan singing bowls learned in Nepal. The vibrations work subtly through the body, helping to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support a deeper state of rest.

This is a space for slowing down, grounding, and reconnecting without expectations or performance.

About the facilitators:

Ciza

Energy practitioner with a background in Reiki (Master level), sound healing, and innerdance. Trained through years of study and hands-on practice, her work focuses on creating calm and grounded spaces that support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner balance.

She also offers Reiki sessions, courses, and initiations for those who feel called to work with energy themselves.

Certified Hatha yoga teacher rooted in chakra-based practices.
