Founded in 2014, Pi Labs invests in early-stage proptech startups which are transforming how we design, build and experience physical spaces across Europe – where it is the most active proptech VC.
• Jack Cornes, Hausbots - CEO/ Co-founder of Hausbots, a West Midlands proptech with unique wall climbing robot that can be used for exterior painting, warehouse painting and building and infrastructure inspection and surveying. Jack will share his experiences in leading his business through funding rounds through to life as part of the Pi Labs investment portfolio.
• Mike Bristow, CrowdProperty - Mike is CEO/ Co-founder of award winning Birmingham-based fintech-proptech business CrowdProperty. In addition, Mike is a voting member of the investment committee at Pi Labs and will provide insights on securing investment from this role and his standing career within the investment arena.
• Steve Barnett , Shoomsiths – partner at leading law firm Shoosmiths, Steve is experienced venture capital lawyer specializing in venture and growth capital work for technology and other high-growth companies, acting for companies taking investment as well as angel and institutional investors. He also partnered with Pi Labs in producing a report examining trends and start-ups powering the proptech revolution in Europe.
