With Women: Free Media Training for Women Leaders (In Person)!
Women appear or are heard in just 26 per cent of all broadcast, radio and print news, according to the latest data from UN Women
While many businesses now report on internal gender balance, far less scrutiny is applied to who is given authority and airtime in the media.
We have decided to do something to address this imbalance. Which is why, as experts in helping businesses and their leaders communicate their story, we designed our 'With Women' programme, offering high value FREE media training to women leaders.
Since 2022, we have worked with senior women, both C-suite executives and ambitious founders from across sectors, training 1,000 women in the last year alone. Including taking the media training to the stage of the biggest tech conference in the world, Web Summit. We have also seen senior women we have trained secure coverage in national media like the BBC, The Times and Bloomberg.
The session is run by our senior team who have prepped hundreds of global leaders for media interviews. Over the course of two hours you will cover the four C’s of media training: confidence, clarity, control and connect.
The session will break down the substance of media interviews to demystify them and look at how you style your language to engage as broad an audience as possible, and includes clips of good and bad interviews to learn from.
From the preparation required, to managing more difficult questions, the training will leave you feeling more ready to lean into media interviews and has applicable skills for board, investor or shareholder meetings and both panel and keynote presentations.
There is space for lots of questions and we share clips of good and bad media interview practice. If there is time, and there are willing volunteers, we provide the opportunity for some 1:1 practice within the session too.
