The Winter Solstice brings a mix of emotions. For some, family gatherings may stir drama, while others feel the loneliness of absence. Many of us love those around us but feel pressured to spend money we may not have this year. Instead of focusing on material gifts, why not offer the gift of kindness? We will be talking about staying connected during these times when chaos is all around. That is why we all need healthy interdependent support.

We will be talking about us considering creating a booklet of "Extra Special Kindness" for loved ones. A homemade card paired with thoughtful gestures—like tickets for ice skating, nature walks, or shared experiences—this can mean so much more than store-bought item that we can not really afford. Together, let’s shift the focus to what truly matters: our time and connection.
