🌕 Celebrate the Winter Solstice: Embrace the longest night of the year and the return of the light as we gather to honor this important benchmark in the wheel of the year. The Winter Solstice is a time for reflection, renewal, and celebration.
🔥 Fire Festival: Although the Winter Solstice marks the darkest day, it is also a time of fire, symbolizing the birth of new light and the warmth of community. Let us come together in this intimate gathering to celebrate and kindle our inner light.
🌸 Multisensory Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the Flora Color Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, enhanced by the harmonious resonance of Crystal Harp and Sonic Pyramid Gongs, all tuned to the heartwarming frequency of 432Hz. This sound journey will transport you to a realm of peace and healing.
🌿 Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Correspondences: December aligns with the winter season in TCM, associated with the Water element, which governs the kidneys and bladder. We will incorporate essences that support these organs, promoting balance and vitality during the winter months.
🌟 Essences and Elixirs of December: We will be working with special essences and elixirs for this month, including:
- Narcissus (Paper Whites) Flower Essence: Symbolizing hope and renewal.
- Blue Topaz Gem Elixir: Enhancing clarity and communication.

- Limited In-Person Attendance: To ensure an intimate and safe experience, we are limiting in-person attendance to 10 participants. Please register under "Programs" for Zoom attendance if you prefer to join us virtually. Zoom attendance is limited to 20 participants.
- Comfort Recommendations: Bring your own pillow and blanket for optimal comfort. We recommend sitting upright for the best experience.
- Post-Event Offerings: Recordings of the event will be available for purchase, allowing you to integrate the solstice meditation into your personal rituals. Our December Elixirs can be pre-ordered or purchased post-event on our website.
