Why This Age Matters
Identity Shifts: Early adolescence is when young people begin to explore who they are, while navigating big emotional and social shifts.
Mental Health Risk: Nearly half of all mental health challenges begin by age 14, making this stage a critical window for prevention and support.
Peer Influence: Between ages 8–14, friendships and peer groups strongly shape emotional and social well-being, sometimes even more than parents.
Emotional Growth: This is a pivotal time for learning emotional awareness and healthy ways to manage stress and regulate feelings.
Space is limited to 15 students per week.
