Wintering Day Retreat
Join us in Camden for our Wintering Day Retreat — a one-day experience designed to bring the restorative magic of our 3-day Salisbury retreat into the city. From Reiki and sound healing to wellness workshops and intuitive readings, this retreat offers a nourishing reset for mind, body, and spirit.
Why Wintering? In nature, winter is a season of slowing down, conserving energy, and preparing for renewal. Neuroscience shows that aligning with these natural cycles supports nervous system regulation, builds resilience, and improves focus — helping us manage stress and transition more smoothly into the colder months.
