Join us for an afternoon of seasonal ritual and renewal in honor of the winter solstice.
This gathering invites us to surrender into the realm of senses and spirit through the sharing of tea, music, movement, ritual, and resonance: a descent into the darkness of winter, the season of the Water element, where we return to the wisdom of the body and rest in the quiet depths of becoming.
Natalya will orchestrate soundscapes to support nervous system soothing while sparking sensation through sound, rhythm, and emotional texture.
Ashley will guide a seasonal inspired medicinal movement ritual rooted in Chinese Medicine cosmology and imbued with poetry and philosophy, opening the inner currents of emotion, intuition, remembering, and regeneration.

• Yoga mat
• Comfortable clothing for fluid yoga and dance-like movement, as well as stillness
• Journal and pen
• Water
• Optional: eye mask for final rest, shawl or blanket

Please arrive on-time to settle in and have some tea before we get into the practice.
We will begin promptly.

Format
90 minute offering
• First 15 minutes we will settle in and enjoy tea together
• 60 minute ritual movement immersion
• 15 minutes of guided reflection, optional community connection or silent rest, and integration
• Closing and departure
