It's the third Sunday of the month and that means it's time for the SFPK monthly jam! Come spend the afternoon with parkour community--playing, exploring, and enjoying movement challenges. No previous parkour experience needed.We're going to be jamming at SF State. We will meet at Hensill Hall.
Everyone is welcome, including people of all fitness levels. Kids are welcome but need parental supervision.
Bring sunscreen, water, and clothes and shoes you can move in.
