Join us on the eve of Winter Solstice as we prepare for the longest night of the year and the return of the sun. We will share in a Yule inspired potluck brunch followed by a circle. Through ritual, reflection, journaling, soul collaging, somatic release, sound meditation, reiki and deep sharing with cacao and cakes we will explore the darkness and the light.

Your favorite brunch dish to share... I will create a separate post where everyone can share what they are bringing
Plate, fork, napkin
Water bottle, tea cup or glass for your favorite drink of choice
Journal and something to write with
We will do a gong sound meditation. This can be done seated on the floor, in a chair, or lying on the floor. We have yoga mats, blankets, and maybe 10 bolsters. If you want to bring anything to make yourself more comfy, your own pillow, a fluffy blanket feel free.
If you feel called: Offerings for the altar, season, your sisters, or maybe for The Cailleach, Frigga or The Crone: tobacco, copal, chocolate, trinkets, treats, etc... Symbols of winter: pinecones, pine needles, apples, candles, a poinsettia plant, any deities or other spiritual beings associated with this season.
As always, come as you are, however that looks/feels to you... Skhadi in her long flowing dress, greenery and candles in her hair or The Crone in her most comfortable clothes imaginable.
ARRIVAL
Please don't knock on the doors before 10:30 am. Be on time to set up your food and your space at the table and in our circle. Doors will be locked at 10:44 am, we are right on Colfax and want to be safe.
PARKING
There is construction on Colfax so parking is on side streets and there is a small lot next door to Harmonist accessible via the alley, as long as the business is vacant we can park there.
