About this Event

Are you looking for intentional growth and accountability through the winter?

If so, hi! My name is Alissa Mirsky, founder of Better in Company, and excited to hopefully partner with you. This program is designed to help give you more opportunity to look inwards and reflect on what version of you excites you and how to work towards it. You will have me and an intimate group to hold each other accountable as we build a new habit, mindset, or navigate a major life change.


When/Where

  • The virtual sessions occur the third Tuesday of each month from 4-5 PM PT.
  • The in-person sessions occur the second Sunday of each month and post up at either a park or beach. Timing and location flexible for what works for the group.


What's included

  • Monthly coaching sessions focused on intentions, adjustments, and sustaining progress.
  • Pre-session reflection prompts, post-session homeworking, and weekly check-ins
  • Small group support for perspective and accountability
  • Literally text me whenever. I am your hype girl

The cost for the three month coaching program is $30/month so $90 in full


Next steps

  1. Select your preferred format (in-person or virtual)
  2. Once registered, I'll reach out to schedule a quick call where we can introduce ourselves, talk about your intention/focus
  3. We'll add you to the group chat and confirm what dates/times work
  4. I will provide my Venmo for payment



Agenda
Session 1 (January): Setting our intentions

Info: We will reflect on our different areas of life for work, play, love and health. We'll then determine which one priority do you want to focus on for the quarter and how you will measure and track progress.


Session 2 (February): Keeping momentum

Info: The middle session could be a mix of different activities. I like to give options and then have the group vote on which one speaks to them most. Past activities have been: Goldilocks to determine if goal was too hard, too easy, or just right; a future you vision to bring in visualization/manifestation; or ways to incorporate more play and curiosity to our goals.


Session 3 (March): Sustaining progress

Info: We will celebrate progress made and determine how to keep the momentum. Thinking about what we want to start, stop, continue as we prepare for the next quarter.
