Kam Dovedi is a highly respected UK Leading Property Expert who has been investing for over 29 Years. Having survived and thrived in 3 of the UK's Largest Recessions, Kam is highly acclaimed for how he is able to find the adapt to and predict what is going to happen next in the Property Market and how to profit from the challenges and opportunities that arise.

He has implemented and still does implement a variety of property investing strategies successfully, such as: buy to lets, HMOs, Permitted Developments, New Builds, Commercial Conversions & Title Splits.

Kam does now have a Significant Multi-Million Pound Property Portfolio, but it wasn't always like that (that's a story for another day).

He's passionate about property, and how it can change people's lives for the better, which is why he believes in sharing proven information with you, that you can actually use to move forward.

ASH ZUBERI

Ash is a seasoned professional in the property industry, with a career spanning 15 years. He is the Director of EasyLiving Property & EasyLiving Investments and the Founder of The HMO Group. Ash is an expert in designing, refurbishing, and managing Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), with over 60 HMO builds under his belt, ranging from 4 to 21 bedrooms. He has also built and managed 15 Buy-to-Let (BTL) properties. He currently manages over 250 tenants and is well-versed in the intricacies of the HMO market.

Ash is known for his innovative approach to networking and sharing knowledge in the industry. He hosted and ran the first-ever networking event dedicated to HMOs across two regions, London and Manchester. He also organized the first-ever HMO event at the Property Investor Show in London, which was a huge success. In 2012, he set up the first dedicated HMO Group on Facebook, which began with only ten members. Today, the group has grown to over 31,000 members and continues to be the number one place for sound advice and help for anyone getting into HMOs.

His reputation for being an expert on the field is well-known, and he has been invited to many events across the country to give advice and share his experience. Ash is not someone who speaks publicly often, but when he does, people listen. He is a valuable source of knowledge for anyone looking to get into the HMO market, so if you have the opportunity to hear him speak, don't miss it!

KARL SPENCER

Co-Founder of Aragard an Institutional Capital Markets Brokerage, work with close to 150 Funds that own and or manage Billions in real estate from the UK and International helping secure turnkey exits and or Funds for Developments and stabilised assets from £25M to £300M per transaction. Have worked within real estate since 2012, from HMO's, BTL, principle property developer to now a brokerage.
