Together, they’ll walk you through a tasting journey featuring one of Rome’s iconic antipasti, thoughtfully paired with wines that bring out the traditional flavors. You’ll not only discover how to match different appetizers and dishes with their ideal vini, but you’ll also learn the stories and traditions behind these beloved Roman staples.

- Taste a selection of wines and a curated pasta pairing prepared by Eataly’s chef
- Enjoy a welcome wine, and two selected wines with an antipasto and salumi & formaggi pairing
- Learn to taste wine and choose pairings like an expert
