Wine and Zen is back for its FOURTH year partnering with the Tom Tom Festival at the gorgeous Eastwood Winery Mountaintop!Enjoy a relaxing afternoon of mindful community and connection presented by Simply Mindful Moment, Yoga by Brian, and Love No Ego.
This event provides a judgment-free, inclusive space for the community to come together exactly as they are to experience and be present in the moment, fully accepting themselves and each other.
Participants are invited to stay after the event to enjoy wine, cider, beer, food, and conversation together at the winery.
Event Flow:
40 minutes of yoga
40 minutes of meditation and sound bath
40 minutes of Love...No Ego - Courage to Be You
There is very little parking at the Mountaintop. Please, reserve this parking lot for those with accessibility needs. All others can park in the lot by the tent and walk up. There is a path behind the tent up to the mountaintop.
Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, water, chair, bug spray, etc. for your comfort.
