From there, we’ll examine how roast level interacts with origin to highlight or transform flavor profiles.
The experience concludes with a guided cupping session, the industry standard for evaluating coffee quality. You’ll learn how coffee is professionally assessed using the SCA framework, how cupping impacts the global coffee market, and why it matters to both roasters and farmers.
