WIN LDN Presents – UnConference: Designing the Next Decade

Event Overview:

The UnConference is a new kind of gathering — one built for those shaping the future. This is not a passive event. It’s designed to provoke, challenge, and co-create, not just listen.

This September, we’re bringing together 70+ innovation minds (all genders) across tech, food, finance, and design for a fast-paced, thought-provoking afternoon at RSA House in London. A historic space built for ideas, debate, and action, home to centuries of radical thinkers and changemakers.

Together, we’ll ask: What kind of world are we really building and who gets to shape it?

Because more women in the room means better futures for everyone. Not just because it’s fair — but because representation builds smarter systems, better ideas, and innovations that actually serve people. We’ll confront the systems beneath our systems: from the biases being baked into AI, to the limits of business-as-usual sustainability, and what’s holding back the future we all deserve.

Expect candid conversations, surprising provocations, and a food and drink experience that brings our themes to life — all in a room full of people with the power and passion to build differently.

Event Info:

Doors open at 12pm at RSA House for a curated sensory food and drink experience by chef, author and storyteller Sabrina Gidda, inspired by the physical and digital futures we’re exploring.

Then sessions run from 1:30 pm–5:00pm with panel discussions across the auditorium and sector facilitated breakouts in the vaults, finishing with themed drinks, nibbles and chats.
