This breathwork class is limited to 20 participants. The intimate quality allows for ample personal attention and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Breathing is all about— a WHM breathing session offers something for everyone.

The class kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method and the anatomy of breath, includes gentle movement, a breathing session and a deep guided meditation. There is ample room for reflection, and Martina is there to answer questions throughout the class.

About Dr. Martina Weifenbach

Yoga, cold exposure and breathing practices have made me whole. As a mindfulness entrepreneur (myndway), leadership coach, author, mum, and wife I know how easy it is to loose yourself in the daily hustle. You may have many ideas, but arrive at a point where you do not really know yourself any more. Sounds familiar?

My mission is to share this sense of oneness with you. I did my Yoga certification with Purusha Yoga in San Francisco, became a Wim Hof & Breathwork instructor with Innerfire and accomplished my PHD in St. Gallen, Berkeley, and Berlin. Every teaching I seek is about finding wholeness and passing it on.

Who is this class for?

This class is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
