About this Event
Join us for an enlightening workshop to close out 2024 with opportunities for networking and optional end-of-year drinks afterward.
Masterful coaching requires a holistic approach that considers the whole person. This involves focusing on three core centres of experience: the head (cognitive, logical, rational), the heart (emotional, feeling), and the gut (instinctive, embodied). Coaches often have a natural tendency to lean towards one of these centres, potentially overlooking valuable insights from the others.
Mindfulness expert and coach, Tim Segaller, will bring to us the confluence of somatic approach, mindfulness and inquiry drawn from a multitude of practices where we develop the ability and capacity to tune into and work from the three different centres and invite our clients to do the same.
This experiential workshop offers an opportunity to become aware of your own default preference with the centres and practise integrating all three centres into coaching sessions, enabling a deeper understanding of both the coach and client, particularly in challenging situations.
