Details
An evening of calm and candlelight with Simon & Anastasia.
Begin with one hour of gentle, grounding Hatha yoga by candlelight led by Simon to ease away the week, release tension and prepare the body for deep rest.
Then surrender into one hour of immersive sound led by Anastasia, featuring the soothing tones of the Gong, crystal & singing bowls, Tuning forks, Drum and Percussion.
This evening is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect - leaving you restored, balanced and renewed.

Who Is this for?
This session is open to everyone - whether you’re new to yoga or sound baths, or have a regular practice.
It’s ideal for those who wish to unwind at the end of the week, soothe the nervous system, and experience deep relaxation.
Spaces are limited to 15 participants to maintain a peaceful, spacious environment.

Simon
British Wheel of Yoga - accredited teacher, certified iRest™ meditation teacher & yoga therapist. Simon has been teaching since 2010, blending yoga, meditation, breathwork and movement to support overall wellbeing. His teaching emphasises mindful movement, alignment, breath, and rest, creating space for calm and clarity.
Anastasia
A Certified Sound and Movement Therapy and Sound Healing practitioner dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing space for deep relaxation and restoration through the healing vibrational energy of ancient and modern instruments including the Gong, Crystal and Singing bowls, Greek Ancient Lyre, Tuning Forks and percussions. https://www.soundiasis.com

What to bring
A favourite yoga or exercise mat
A warm blanket for the sound bath
Optional: small cushion or bolster for extra comfort
What to wear
Comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement
Layers - you may warm up during yoga and cool down during the sound bath
Warm socks and an extra layer for relaxation
We practice in bare feet or socks (no trainers unless required for support).

Contraindications / safety
- This event is not suitable to book if any of the following apply:
- You are pregnant (especially in the first trimester)
- You experience epilepsy or have sound-induced seizures
- You have a pacemaker or other implanted device, Strokes, Blood Clots
- You have had recent surgery (within 3–4 weeks)
- You experience tinnitus or Ménière’s disease
- You are under 18 years old
- This session may also not be suitable for those currently experiencing acute or serious mental-health conditions. If you’re unsure, please seek guidance from your healthcare provider before booking.

Once payment is made for the event, refunds are not available.
If you cancel more than three weeks before the event, we can transfer your booking to a future session (subject to availability).
Less than three weeks’ notice means we may not be able to offer an alternative date.
You may transfer your place to someone else - please email us their name at least 48 hours before the event.
