Doors open at 5:30P to check in, visit with cycling and alternative transportation advocacy groups, and purchase standard and plant-based food, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (21+). The film program begins promptly at 6:30P. Please stay tuned for information about a family-friendly pre-event bike ride from an offsite location on the Westside, leading to the screening event at Kehrein Center, likely beginning at 5P.Arrive early to talk with action partners, avoid lines, and get the best seats.
FILM DESCRIPTION: 'When We Cycle' is a documentary that explores how society might change in the future and how cycling might fit into those changes. It's the third part of a docuseries that began with Why We Cycle (2017) and continued with Together We Cycle.
Teens and young adults are encouraged to attend.
We will also be screening one of the One Earth Young Filmmakers winning films The Most Wonderful Choice of the Year by Magnolia Elementary School.
