About this Event
The experience of grief is often difficult to put into words. This 6-week art therapy workshop will offer an alternative way to process loss through a creative lens. We will explore how grief changes us, how to navigate through this transformation and integrate the unsought growth grief creates. Using education, meditation, creation, journaling and connection we will explore the topics of, stages & aspects of grief, how to cope with loss, using ritual to support grief, and finding hope & healing.
Dates:
Wednesdays February 25th - April 1st 6:00pm - 8:00pm
No prior artistic experience needed, only a willingness to explore your grief in a different way within a small group. All materials will be provided for you.
