This workshop takes audiences to the crossroads of psychology and sexual health to consider how kink can support mental health. In this hour-long deep dive we will explore some alternative ways to think about pleasure, as well as common psychological challenges, and ways in which kinky practices can add to coping skills. This workshop will have images of kink, so delicate eyes be warned.
