This in-person gathering will feature engaging activities, informative discussions, and opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals.
Every Wednesday 6-7:30 p.m. from February 12 to March 26, 2025, we’ll gather at the African American Art & Culture Complex (762 Fulton St, San Francisco) for an evening of creative self-inquiry, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing—all guided by wellness coach Afi Ayanna.
