Chinatown Hacks is an upcoming hackathon designed to empower high school students to develop technological solutions that benefit San Francisco’s Chinatown community. Scheduled for March 15-16, 2025, the event will take place at the University of San Francisco’s Downtown Campus.  Event Overview:
• Dates: March 15-16, 2025
• Location: USF Downtown Campus, 101 Howard Street, San Francisco 
• Participants: High school students 
• Focus Areas:
• Community: Develop applications to enhance health, safety, and financial literacy, connecting residents with local resources. 
• Cultural: Create solutions to preserve and promote Chinatown’s cultural heritage through digitization and event organization. 
• Education: Build tools to improve learning experiences, including AI-driven tutoring and language translation services. 
• Local Business: Design innovations to support small businesses with digital storefronts and customer engagement strategies.
