Hola everyone, I’m Mir Gaeta with Women in Peace ✨

Join us for our Wellness Series at Oak Street Beach — a beautiful morning experience focused on movement, wellness, community, and peace.

We begin at 5:00 a.m. with a sunrise sports photoshoot, followed by stretching, pilates, yoga, and a relaxing sound social bath by the lake.

Class begins at 6:15 a.m., sound bath starts at 7:00 a.m., and the event ends at 7:45 a.m.

Our series starts Sunday, May 24, with another session on Friday, May 29, and more dates coming soon.
