Wellness @MCASD - Mornings at the Museum

For our very first Mornings at the Museum 2026, we're traming up with the powerhouse teams at Pilates Movement and Zen Diego Wellness for a feel-good morning at the Museum of Contemporary Art SD.

Expect an energetic Mat Movement class led by Pilates Movement founder, Cameron Kotch, enjoy our selection of highly curated vendors at our wellness market, and conclude your morning ritual with a deeply relaxing Open Heart Sound Bath session led by Shannon French, founder of Zen Diego Wellness.

Program Schedule:

SATURDAY, February 14th | 8:45 AM

9:00 AM - Mat Movement with Cameron Kotch (Pilates Movement)

10:00 AM - Class break: Enjoy vendors, complimentary massages, and connect with a likeminded community

11:00 AM - Open Heart Sound Bath with Shannon French (Zen Diego Wellness)
