This 3-hour immersive event begins with a guided group stretch, followed by a full recovery session featuring sauna & cold plunge, all set to the vibe of a live DJ. We’ll then transition into a relaxed social hour where you’ll enjoy light bites, coffee, friendship bracelet making, and meaningful conversation in an elevated, welcoming space.
