About this Event
Whether you're working in the wellness industry or on a personal wellness journey, this event aims to help you find meaningful connections with like-minded individuals while you enjoy an afternoon of wellness practices, including a collective meditation, energy work demonstration and workshop.
Our launch event will be held at the beautiful Loom Club, a members' club in Islington that shares our ethos for wellness.
The theme for our inaugural event is 'More than Energy' and will feature two practitioners who specialise in energy work that goes beyond a single modality. Both have developed their own unique approaches to healing and supporting their clients:
- Abbi Coleman will lead a breathing-focused collective meditation and demonstrate Spinal Energetics;
- Lynn Tran will lead a session from her Active and Integrate Workshop including energy work, shadow integration, movement and interactive partner exercises.
These amazing women hold space in such a powerful way that it is hard to define; it needs to be experienced to be fully understood and appreciated. They are attuned, intuitive, and wise, offering much more than energy work.
Additionally, Jane Latham will DJ throughout the event and close with an Ecstatic Dance session. Ecstatic Dance is a type of free-form movement set to a sound journey designed to help shift energy and promote healing. Jane's sound is ethereal and blends music genres from tribal beats, Afro, Latin, organic, progressive, uplifting house through to techno. Her Ecstatic Dance sessions are joyful and uplifting, and no prior dance experience is needed to let the music move you.
