The Wellness Connection Party is a guided wellness experience hosted by Nina Mua of Chakra Hours, created for anyone who wants to slow down, release stress, and step into the weekend feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected.
During this special Friday evening in Frisco, we’ll move through a nourishing flow of practices i,ncluding:
- Intention setting
- Gentle grounding
- Breathwork
- Guided meditation
- Sound healing
This experience is designed to support relaxation, clarity, and emotional reset in a warm and welcoming environment. No prior experience is needed — beginners are absolutely welcome.
Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, disconnected, or simply ready for a peaceful wellness experience, this evening is your invitation to pause and come back to yourself.
