Your wellness day starts at Limestone Quarry Park in Frisco, TX. Start out with a nature walk, grounding exercise, breathing meditation, chakra healing, activities, and light breakfast. Then we move on to KingSpa and Saunas for the rest of the day. Entrance fee and lunch included. Enjoy multiple saunas, hydrotherapy pools, hot and cold plunges.
