Weekly Guided Meditation & Breathwork – Thursdays 6:30–7:30pm in Kew
Take an hour just for you, a gentle pause in the week to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and restore balance.
Each session is lovingly guided, so you can simply arrive, get comfortable, and be led through a range of calming techniques and breathwork practices. No prior experience is needed. This is a safe, supportive space for beginners and seasoned meditators alike.
