Hey Acro Yogis! 😁We invite you again to an amazing AcroYoga Weekend Intensive workhop in Warsaw!
This time Sara and Michal – Misaris Acro are going to bring lots of fun and joy to the capital! :D
What can you expect from ACRO INTENSIVE? 🤔
PROGRAMME:
We’ll go through a fun Icarian sequence where we’ll learn how to link each trick. We won’t miss whips, whippops, or some f2f, which we hope you love as much as we do! Depending on the group, we’ll offer both intermediate and advanced options.
We will immerse ourselves in the world of ACRO throughout the weekend!
The main focus of this weekend will be L-base acro, specifically:
✅ Flows – dynamic transitions with bounciness, pops, whips and icarians
✅ Whips and Icarians – more technically demanding elements
✅ Foot2Foot – or Slackro to heaven!
PREREQUISITES:
Knowledge of basic washing machines is required to participate:
- Ninja star
- Catherine’s wheel
- 4-step
And you should have experience with pops, whips, and icarian moves. 🙏
If you are not sure about your level or whether you meet the prerequisites, do not hesitate to contact us.

Misaris (Michal + Sara) is an acro duo based in Bratislava, Slovakia. Professionally, Sara is a qualified physiotherapist, while Michal is a trained strength and conditioning coach.
Sara, a flamenco dancer at heart, discovered her passion for acroyoga a decade ago during high school. When she met Michal about six years ago, she quickly introduced him to the practice. Thanks to Sara’s experience and Michal’s diverse background, they progressed rapidly as a duo.
Over the years, they have attended numerous domestic and international workshops and festivals, often as participants but recently mostly as teachers. They specialize in teaching their favorite elements, such as whips, pops, icarians & slackro seamlessly integrated into elegant flows.
In addition, they are passionate about handstands and also like to train Standings, Dance Acro and also simple and effective “party tricks”.
They like to teach lessons in a playful way, but with an emphasis on technique, detail and on point spotting for more demanding elements.
