SOUND HEALING
Unwind and let go of the week as you raise your vibration and frequency.
Our Sound healing session helps you quiet the mind so you can listen with your entire being. You will be offered smudging at the start to cleanse your aura, guided meditation to ground and essential oils to heighten your meditative state, and gongs, crystal bowls, rainsticks, flute and chimes to take you into the theta state.
No experience is needed, and all are welcome.
Colleen is a trained Sound healing facilitator who knows how to effortlessly ease your brain and body into the theta brainwave state, the feeling you get in a deep sleep.
The benefits of being in these states are:
-Gain clarity to enjoy a calmer and happier mood;
-Relieve pain.
-Reduce your stress and depression as the high frequencies dominate your cells.
-Experience deep peace;
-Lessen anxiety.
-Deeply relaxing and healing.
Sound has an ancient kinship to meditation and healing, with solid roots in many cultures worldwide. It is an easy and accessible focused awareness meditation, with the auditory component giving the participant a constant thread back into presence. This class is deeply nourishing and restorative while promoting healing on a cellular level.
We will be sitting on cushions on the floor. You are welcome to bring your favourite cushion; otherwise, we have plenty of bolsters and cushions. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes to ensure your comfort.
ABOUT COLLEEN PEARCE
Colleen Pearce has decades of natural healing including Sound and Reiki. To be able to share her talents and abilities for the highest good of all is one of her aims. As we all know sometimes we all need a bit of self love or an energy top up from Spiritual healers. Colleen is a local business based in Scarborough Beach Perth and is ready to help many people move forward in their journey.
Colleen’s aim is to help as many people as she can feel the natural and deep healing benefits of Reiki healing and Sound and Vibrational therapy to restore balance back into their cells, body, mind and spirit. In her Sound healing sessions Colleen works with several gongs, rain stick, crystal bowls, flute, crystal grid and chimes. Colleen collaborates with other Sound healers for larger group sessions and likes to get people outdoors to connect with the Earth and to work with the energies of the full and new moons (between October - April).
