Join Wave Books for an evening of poetry at Antipode Art Gallery in Pioneer Square. This event is free and open to the public, but space is limited. We kindly ask that you reserve a spot if you want to attend.
Joshua Beckman was born in New Haven, Connecticut. He is a poet and the author of a number of books including Animal Days, The Lives of the Poems & Three Talks, Tomaž (a biographical poem about the young life of Tomaž Šalamun), and, most recently, A Guide for Making Fragments from Diaries.
Chelsey Minnis lives in Boulder, Colorado, and also writes screenplays. Her books of poetry include Opera Fever, Baby, I Don’t Care, Poemland, Bad Bad, and Zirconia.
Prageeta Sharma is the author of six collections of poetry, most recently, Onement Won. She is the founder of the conference Thinking Its Presence: An Interdisciplinary Conference on Race, Creative Writing, and Artistic and Aesthetic Practices, is a recent recipient of the 2025 NEA Creative Writing Fellowship, and is currently the Henry G. Lee ’37 professor of English at Pomona College.
Cedar Sigo is an enrolled member of the Suquamish nation. He is the author of Siren of Atlantis, Guard the Mysteries, All This Time, Royals, Language Arts, and Stranger in Town. In 2022 he received a Grants to Artists award from the Foundation for Contemporary Arts. He lives in Lofall, Washington.
