This experience blends 45 minutes of guided movement with 45 minutes of live sound immersion, creating the perfect balance of activation and release—helping you shift out of stress and into a grounded, peaceful state.

What To Expect

45 Minutes | Movement Practice

We begin with breath-led movement to open the body, release tension, and reconnect with your internal rhythm. This portion is designed to be accessible and supportive for all levels, with options to modify as needed.

45 Minutes | Sound Healing + Meditation

After movement, you’ll settle into stillness as you’re guided through an immersive sound journey using therapeutic frequencies and live instruments. The sound supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep relaxation.
