Walk With Presence

A brief meditation, a short teaching, and a silent walk through nature. 40 minutes that change how you carry the rest of your week.
About this Event

Join us Saturdays in City Park!

You spend all week in your head. Solving problems. Managing people. Carrying weight that isn't yours. By Friday night, your nervous system is running on fumes and your body is begging for something it can't name.

It's not another workout. It's not a podcast. It's not more input.

It's the absence of all that.

When you walk in silence through trees and grass and open sky — with others who are also choosing to slow down — something in your body remembers how to settle. Your breath deepens. Your shoulders drop. The mental chatter quiets. Not because you forced it, but because you gave it space.

About Paul Wagner (Krishna Kalesh):

I've been on this path for over 30 years — not as a hobby, but as the central fact of my life. I've studied with Amma, the hugging saint. I've trained with Native American elder shamans who took me under their wing. I've done 10,000+ intuitive readings. I created The Shankara Oracle. I'm a 5x Emmy winner who walked away from Hollywood to do this work full-time.

I don't teach from theory. I teach from the scars, the breakthroughs, the 3 AM dark nights, and the mornings when grace showed up uninvited. My gift is cutting through spiritual bypassing and New Age fluff to reveal what's actually real FOR YOU — with unusual clarity, warmth, and zero pretense.

Agenda
Arrive & Settle

Info: We gather near the lake. A brief guided meditation to arrive fully in your body — feet on the ground, breath in your belly. Letting the week fall away.

The Silent Walk

Info: No talking. No phones. Just footsteps, breath, birdsong, and the beauty of the park doing their work. Your body knows things your mind hasn't caught up to yet. We let it lead.

Close & Connect

Info: A moment of gratitude. A brief connection with the group. Then you step into your weekend — lighter, more grounded, more yourself.

A Short Teaching

Info: Something practical you can carry into your week. Not theory — a lived insight about presence, the body, or how to stay grounded when life gets loud.
