Come and join us for a delight-filled session, in the beautiful planting in the William Morris Garden in Lloyd Park! We've run these sessions a few times now with super positive feedback and we'd love you to come and join us this May Day (bank holiday), Monday 4th May.
Garden designer Lucy at Out Front Designs and local artist Barry Sykes are teaming up to bring you a guided walk with a difference. You’ll learn the names of some of the plants, look at their distinctive characteristics, and get the chance to appreciate them through a series of quick, exploratory sketches.
You don’t need to know your plants or how to draw, you just need to be ready to appreciate this wonderful corner of Walthamstow.
Whether you're an experienced artist or just want to have a go, this event is perfect for everyone. Enjoy an unhurried time at this part of the Friends of Lloyd Park May Day celebrations! Come from or go on to join the Dog Show, May Pole and Morris dancing, Skate Jam, basketball, and everything else that the May Fair has to offer.

This event is free to take part in. We are charging a £5 RSVP fee which will be refunded on attendance.
