WALK OF LIGHTS: Amterdam - The Happiness Tour
A twilight journey through the Amsterdam Festival of Lights — to rediscover the light within you. When the days grow shorter and colder, we often look outward for warmth. Yet happiness, meaning, and resilience begin by rekindling the quiet light inside us.
This evening tour weaves reflection, play, and the art of human connection into a luminous adventure through Amsterdam’s sparkling canals. Through shared stories, gentle adventures, and mindful wandering, we learn that even in the darkest seasons, we carry our own light — one that shines brighter when shared.

What to Expect
🌃 Meet & Begin:
Gather at Blauwbrug. Under the soft winter sky, we begin with a playful icebreaker and a reflection on what “light” means to us — in life, not just in lamps.
The Happiness Walk
Guided stroll through the Amsterdam Light Festival — with storytelling, mindful pauses, and games that help us see beauty, gratitude, and connection in new ways.
Each installation becomes a metaphor: illumination, reflection, shadow, spark.
The Happiness Workshop:
At our cozy café stop, we dive into the science of light and happiness — from circadian rhythms to “emotional illumination.”
Discover how joy, resilience, and purpose are kindled through connection and awe.
The Light Within Game:
An interactive reflection game where participants exchange “sparks” — stories, affirmations, and insights — that help each other see the brightness they bring into the world.
🍰 Unwind & Share:
Warm drinks and locally made treats as we reflect on what moments lit us up most — and set a small “Light Intention” to carry forward into the new year.
Your Takeaway
Each participant receives a “Light Journal Toolkit” — digital prompts and creative exercises to sustain lightness, gratitude, and purpose through the winter months.
