May marks National Walking Month, celebrating an activity often taken for granted. Yet, when we truly observe, the space around us reveals its wonders. Walking not only benefits our physical health but also nurtures our mental wellbeing. Join us for – Walk It Out – a journey blending nature’s beauty with urban allure, igniting our senses as we explore the heart of Ealing. Let’s walk together, soak in our surroundings, and enjoy moments of both togetherness and solitude. This will then be followed by a 90 minute writing workshop in Ealing Broadway, where we will use our walk as an inspiration to create a space where our minds can roam freely.
Writing Ability: Suitable for all writing abilities.
What to bring: Notepad and pen/pencil and a bottle of water. You can also bring an object that makes you feel safe/happy and/or creative though this is not essential. We hope the weather will be bright and sunny. Please check the weather before you set out and wear appropriate clothing and footwear for a one hour walk.
