Join us for a night of indulgence as we explore the symbiotic relationship between the ever sought after wagyu beef and bourbon, showcasing the pinnacle of culinary excellence and the spirit that truly represents the heart of America. We will taste 3 different types of wagyu: a domestic prodcut from Creekstone Farms in Kansas, Australian (Japanese genetics) and a local, pasture raised product from RHN farms in Center Hill, FL. Joining us for the evening will be a representative from Bardstown Distillery in Bardstown, KY, who will guide us through 4 different expressions from their collection as well as representatives from RHN wagyu who will tell us all about their wagyu program what makes it so special. We will also cover why wagyu and bourbon pair so well together. The night includes a welcome cocktail, charcuterie, 4 x 1oz pours, 3 x 2oz wagyu samples, sides, and dessert.
