In 2012, Steve was sitting on a couch in Qatar, watched an episode of Flip or Flop, and bought a house in California. Sight unseen. From the Middle East. He made $70K.
He has not stopped since.
In the years that followed, Steve has closed deals across nine states, raised over $1.2M in private capital, and picked up a mobile home park for $350K that now carries a $2.6M completion value — with none of his own money left in it. He currently has five active flips running simultaneously in other states. He has never taken a hard money loan. He has also never needed to be in the room to close.
When Amazon laid him off last October, he ran the numbers. Then he realized he didn't need to work again.
He went back anyway. Because he wanted to.
