On February 27th, Michelle fell outside of the Sunset Tavern while loading out with her band after a show. This simple fall outside the stairs rendered her with a Lisfranc injury and 3 hairline fractures. It has been extremely painful and very stressful since it has prevented her from working.Michelle has been stuck in her 4th story (no elevator) apartment with only the ability to crutch or wheelchair around for almost 2 months now and has had to cut back on work both with her students as well as her bands. Being a fulltime musician is hard enough but this certainly did not help things. This show is meant to help recuperate some of the costs that she has had to lose during this time.
