About this Event
8-Week Community Singing Course with Nathan Devonte
Love singing? Curious about what your voice can do when you stop overthinking it?
NDVE is a joyful, in-person community singing experience designed for anyone who wants to sing with others in a relaxed, welcoming space. No auditions, no pressure and no previous experience needed.
Across this 8-week course, we’ll explore harmony singing, vocal confidence and group connection through uplifting songs, creative exercises and shared music-making. Together, we’ll build four feel-good arrangements that develop week by week, leading towards singing with confidence as a collective.
Led by Nathan Devonte, sessions are energetic, supportive and rooted in the joy of bringing voices together. Expect laughter, creativity, singing together in harmony and a strong sense of community throughout.
If you can make noise and you’re willing to give it a go, you’re welcome.
Each 90-minute session includes:
• 15-minute vocal warm-up
• 15-minute round singing and harmony exercises
• 60-minute repertoire development
Songs may include:
• Blackbird
• Valerie
• Seidamadei / Human
• We Are Family
