About this Event
A sound meditation where we experience the voice as a tool to creating space for deep relaxation and presence. We will discuss the benefits of singing, the relationship one has with their voice, and the relationship between sound and being. Through vocal toning, a practice of exploring resonating tones, vowels, and melodies with our voice, we will create a peaceful environment within and around us to continue receiving the healing frequencies from the soundscape journey. The soundscape journey is an immersive experiencing lead by Yuj where he combines voice and multi-instrumental playing to guide you into a deeper states of relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing.
It is encouraged to refrain from food consumption an hour before the event.
Yuj Archetype is a subtle energetics artist, somatic alchemist, musician and movement artist. He has developed a multi-disciplinary art for integration and embodiment in his self-mastery work. Throughout his practice and explorations, sound, the voice, music, movement and body language are essential parts of understanding transformation, authenticity, and creativity. Yuj has combined his knowledge and experience of yoga, cymatics, psycho-somatics and multi-cultural dance techniques, music and vibrations to offer profound meaning in healing, storytelling, memories, and transpersonal states. He has offered his arts and craft to festivals, opening/closing ceremonies, psychedelic medicine experiences, community-building workshops, night-life performances, and in his Self-Mastery coaching course.
