Vinyasa Yoga Stretch & Flow style class
Open to all levels, our Yoga class is ideal for anyone looking to improve mobility, build strength gently, and develop better balance and breathing.
Whether you're a beginner or returning to yoga after a break, our sessions provide a relaxed and supportive environment.
Stretch & Flow Yoga:
A rhythmic flow to warm up the body, giving lots of time for guidance and support, exploration and modifications. A practise that allows you to go within & bring awareness to the breath followed by the movement. A chance for your body to create space, increase flexibility, whilst building strength mindfully as we challenge our bodies and minds.
Stretch & Release Class:
Combat stiffness and increase your physical freedom.
This highly beneficial class is designed to help those move better and feel better. By emphasising deep, mindful stretching, we work to soothe chronic aches, improve flexibility, and release deep-seated muscle tension. A perfect practice for restoring balance and promoting long-term joint health.
