About this Event
Limited to 3 people in this hands on class we will learn to make ramen noodles, miso broth and a variety of toppings: mushrooms, tofu, greens and sprouts.
Learn what makes ramen a very unique noodle and why it spread from China to Japan and then all over the world. Learn how to make ramen dough. We wll make a very flavorful miso broth, sauteed mushrooms, fried tofu, stir fried greens and picked sprouts and then enjoy a bowl of miso ramen, together.
