Finding the right mentor can change the trajectory of your career, whether you're navigating a transition, stepping into leadership, or building your confidence in tech. Join us for a special VanWIT community event designed to help you find the guidance, support, and inspiration you need to thrive.
This will be a relaxed, engaging evening where attendees can connect with potential mentors across various tech and business areas. Through a series of short, structured networking rotations, you'll have the opportunity to meet multiple mentors, hear their perspectives, and explore who you naturally connect with.
We’re also excited to welcome a guest speaker who will share practical insights on the value of mentorship, how to build impactful mentor–mentee relationships, and how to get the most out of these connections throughout your career.

If you’re passionate about supporting future technology leaders, this is an excellent opportunity to give back. Mentors can come from any tech-adjacent discipline - from cloud and cybersecurity to product, leadership, consulting, data, and more.
No long-term commitment is required. Your role for the evening is simply to:
