Vanishing Point: Intersecting Planes at Rosehill Cemetery
Join Vanishing Point Ensemble at Horatio May Chapel for an evening of contemporary chamber works! This is the second concert series of our inaugural season, and the program, 'Intersecting Planes', features works whose composers interweave contrasting musical traditions and fragmentation. Influences include Renaissance chorale and Gregorian chant, Celtic fiddle tunes, Georgian and Japanese folk song, heavy metal, American and Appalachian traditions, and Mozart.
Works by Kevin Lau, Gabriela Ortiz, Paul Wiancko, Gabriella Smith, and Reena Esmail. Program will be approximately 1 hour, no intermission.

All tickets are general admission, with some locations in the chapel being having an obstructed view, so arrive early to secure your seat! Please leave extra time and walk/drive carefully through the cemetery.
May Chapel is about 10 minutes walking from the entry gate at N Ravenswood and Rosehill Dr. Parking is available on any of the cemetery roads.
